Charles Krueger, PhD

Founder and Chief Executive OfficerĀ 
PLE visionary and thought leader.

Dr. Charles Krueger is founder and CEO of BigLever Software, which for over 20 years has helped organizations adopt and benefit from Feature-based Product Line Engineering (PLE). With more than 30 years of experience in systems and software engineering practice, he is a premier speaker, widely published author, and acknowledged thought leader in the PLE arena. He brings innovative PLE concepts, state-of-the-art methodologies, and success stories to the forefront of the systems engineering community. He is lead editor for the ISO/IEC 26580 standard on Feature-based PLE and past co-chair for the INCOSE PLE International Working Group, and is a current member of the esteemed Forbes Council.Ā Krueger received his PhD in computer science from Carnegie Mellon University, where he helped to pioneer the field of systems and software product line engineering.

Randy Pitz

Vice President of Customer Success
PLE guru and technical fellow.

Randy Pitz leads the onePLE Studio customer experience center where he facilitates education, innovation and adoption of PLE. He is responsible for collaborating with customers to develop specific strategies to leverage the benefits of PLE. He has over 29 yearsā€™ experience in systems and software engineering and was a Technical Fellow for The Boeing Company where he architected product lines for simulation, safety-critical aviation and mission-critical avionics systems. Randy holds a Masters in Computer Science from Washington University, and his Bachelor of Science from Michigan Technological University.

Drew Stovall, PhD

Vice President of Engineering
PLE architectĀ extraordinaire.

Dr. Drew Stovall oversees the architecture, development and evolution of BigLever Software’s core product offering. He brings more than 10 years of experience in software research and development to the team. Prior to joining BigLever, Dr. Stovall held engineering positions at several Austin software development firms including Trilogy, Convergys and eBay. HisĀ expertise includes pervasive computing environments and software architecture for maintainability and testing. Dr. Stovall holds a PhD in Software Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

Glenn Meter

Vice President of Integrations and Support
PLE integrations and support powerhouse.Ā Ā 

Glenn Meter is responsible for defining and implementing integration strategies for the ongoing expansion of BigLeverā€™s industry-standard PLE Lifecycle Framework. In addition to overseeing the companyā€™s support organization, Meter collaborates with partners and third party tool vendors to plan and manage integration efforts that meet customer demand. Prior to BigLever, Meter worked as Director of Development Environments for Metrowerks, a subsidiary of Freescale Semiconductor, where he managed development of the company’s CodeWarrior Integrated Development Environment. Meter began his career in software tools development at Carnegie Mellon University.

Meg Grant

Vice President of Marketing

Meg Grant oversees the company’s branding and go-to-market strategies for the company, encompassing engagement with customers, partners, analysts and industry associations. She brings decades of experience delivering successful marketing programs for B2B technology and research organizations. Prior to joining BigLever, Meg led marketing and public affairs programs at cybersecurity firm Digital Defense, Inc., and was a member of the executive team that led the company’s path to acquisition. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jim Browne

Senior Director of Remote Sales

Jim Browne directs the sales strategies for the BigLever, employing a consultative approach to bring the companyā€™s patented technology and expertise to organizations. He has decades of experience selling highly technical solutions to and building relationships with some of the worldā€™s largest companies. Jim holds a Masters in International Business-Global Trade and Commerce from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Journalism from Central Michigan University.
